I just came across some cool conspiracy theory type sites/readings and had to go back to find this comic because these articles conformed exactly to the above template.
In general, I admire conspiracy theorists for their rigid skepticism and grandiose imaginations—what does an artist, a scientist, a parent, do, after all, if not aim to solve problems with creative interpretations?—but, alas, much of what does come out of conspiracy-mongering is paranoiac/panicked rather than positive. If, pretend, we’re all searching for a little fantasy to keep us sane, it seems a touch counter-productive to find that sanity in pathological imagination, no?
This is incredibly awesome: The Camera Store, here in town, put together this short clip for ‘serious photographers,’ called: “Battle at F-Stop Ridge.”
Likely, you can guess the rest, but it’s hilarious nonetheless. Great little film!
